About this website

Milton Keynes Gutter Care is an enquiry introduction website for gutter cleaning, repairs and replacement. Gutter work is carried out by independent contractors, with availability, scope, prices and bookings agreed directly.

Who is responsible

Milton Keynes Gutter Care is operated by Code & Bloom. Code & Bloom handles the personal information received through this website. For privacy enquiries or to exercise your data protection rights, email info@miltonkeynesguttercare.co.uk. You can also contact the operator on 07926 110146.

What an enquiry collects

The form asks for your name, property postcode, phone number, email address, requested service and an optional short description. It also records the form and source page with the submission time. Please do not include payment information, identity documents, health details or unrelated personal information. IP address and browser user-agent storage are disabled in the form settings.

How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, understand the requested work, check whether a suitable independent contractor is available and discuss a requested introduction. We rely on our legitimate interests in handling enquiries, running this introduction service and keeping an appropriate record of communications. We limit the information used to what is relevant to that purpose. You can object to this processing by contacting us.

Before disclosing your enquiry to a contractor, we will identify the proposed recipient and ask whether you want the introduction. We rely on your consent for that disclosure. You can decline an introduction or withdraw that consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. No marketing subscription is included.

Independent contractor introductions

Details will not be broadcast to a list of trades. The operator will discuss the proposed introduction and explain who would receive the relevant details before sharing them. A contractor receiving the enquiry is responsible for their own use of it and their own privacy information. We may receive payment for an introduction or the operation of this website; this does not create a booking or a contract for the work.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in the WordPress Avada Forms database. A branded notification is sent to the operator’s business inbox, and a receipt is sent to the email address supplied in the form. Website hosting, email delivery, maintenance and backup providers may process relevant information to support these functions. Access is limited to the operator and authorised service providers who need it for their work.

Google Analytics is described separately below. We do not send the contents of your enquiry to Analytics. No advertising pixels, interactive maps, chat widgets or newsletter tools are configured.

Website analytics

Google Analytics 4, connected through Google Site Kit, measures page visits and interactions so the operator can understand and improve the enquiry website. Optional Analytics cookies require your choice in the consent banner. A successful quote form submission is measured as generate_lead; phone and email link clicks are measured separately and do not prove that a call or message took place. Customer form values are not included in these custom events. Signed-in WordPress users are excluded from normal tracking. Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months, without resetting the user-data retention period on new activity. This does not set the lifetime of Analytics cookies or the retention of aggregate reports.

Google Consent Mode uses denied defaults before a choice and can send limited cookieless measurement signals to Google when Analytics storage is refused or not yet chosen. Consent is the basis for optional Analytics cookies. Google may process measurement information outside the UK under its applicable safeguards. See how Google uses information from sites using its services and our Cookies notice. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time to change your Analytics choice.

Retention and rights

Ordinary enquiry records are kept for up to six months after the enquiry closes, then deleted unless needed for a complaint or legal obligation. This applies to the website record and mailbox copies. Backup copies may remain until the provider’s scheduled expiry or overwriting cycle. If a backup is restored, recorded deletion requests will be applied again. The operator records when an enquiry closes and reviews it for deletion.

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you can also request data portability or withdraw consent. Rights and any exceptions depend on the circumstances. Email info@miltonkeynesguttercare.co.uk with your request or concern. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Read our Cookies notice for the technology used by this website and how to change your choices. This notice will be reviewed when the actual enquiry arrangements or website technology change.
